Narrative:

Not a flight incident specifically. During FAA ramp inspection it came to my attention (not necessarily to inspector) that our operations specification copy in aircraft was not up to date. Also, the cockpit emergency (abbreviated) checklist is out of date and procedures do not match pilot operating handbook (poh). Latter item had been mentioned previously to chief pilot by myself. No action taken to update checklist. I feel I am legal per FARS in that poh contains all checklists and it is readily accessible on the flight deck. I plan to bring both items to the attention of management. I will also check operations specifications for revision date in future preflts.
