Narrative:
About 4 mi out, cleared to land on runway 19R at las. Turned left to 190 degrees for long final. (I was aware of NOTAMS stating runway 19R OTS. Another aircraft requested runway 19L but was cleared to runway 19R.) continued in and saw painting advising that I was approaching taxiway. Continued and expected advice from tower. Hesitated to go around because of departing traffic on east/west runway. Saw no traffic conflict so landed without incident.
