Narrative:
Large transport X slow climbing out of rdu to FL370. Cpr jet Y level at FL350 sbound on J-209 to orf. Conflict alert did not activate in sufficient time. I turned large transport X 30 degrees left (aircraft was northbound). I then turned cpr jet Y 110 degrees left. Aircraft passed with 1300 ft and 2.2 mi separation.

Title: ARTCC CTLR CLBED AN LGT THROUGH ALT OF LTT WITH LTSS.
Narrative: LGT X SLOW CLBING OUT OF RDU TO FL370. CPR JET Y LEVEL AT FL350 SBOUND ON J-209 TO ORF. CONFLICT ALERT DID NOT ACTIVATE IN SUFFICIENT TIME. I TURNED LGT X 30 DEGS L (ACFT WAS NBOUND). I THEN TURNED CPR JET Y 110 DEGS L. ACFT PASSED WITH 1300 FT AND 2.2 MI SEPARATION.
