Narrative:
While flying a patient transfer from abc, to xyz, my flight path passes through restr area rxxxx. Being familiar with this area I tried to contact xyz but at less than 1000 ft AGL no joy. I usually elect to cross through at airspace a which has a 500 ft floor or airspace B which has a 1200 ft floor. I elected to cross airspace B at 1000 ft below the floor. Just outside of the town of xyz, I noticed some fast movers in the area which is quite normal and while keeping them in sight I wandered about 2 mi west into airspace C which is a 2 mi radius surface to 13000 ft restr area. I immediately altered course to return to airspace B at 500 ft AGL. I was in visual contact with the pair of fast movers working the area and was not concerned because I know it is not a live fire area but I can imagine the jet pilots were more than a little concerned about my intrusion into their training area. We all need to be aware that no matter how 'cool' the air show is outside we need to first and foremost monitor the progression of our own flight so as not to become part of the show.
