Narrative:
Loss of electrical power (alternators, battery) 15 mins into flight. No indication of impending loss. IFR flight in VMC conditions. Emergency electrical procedures did not correct problem. Destination IFR, reversed course, descended to VFR cruise altitude and flew until around contact. Landed as soon as possible.
