Narrative:
Lost tachometer on left engine reported to ATC as possible engine problem. Landed at gsp (greer, sc). Problem corrected itself but at next stop, gso greensboro, found a problem with tac- generator. Problem was after reporting to ATC, continued next leg of trip then found problem happened again, so at final destination, left tachometer was inoperative due to failed tac-generator.
