Narrative:
We had visual contact with an fgt climbing beneath us. ATC assured us he was level FL250. We began to get a TCASII alert. TCASII said pull up. We pulled up. Fgt aircraft showed 300-400 ft beneath us. At one point ZTL advised fgt he was 500 ft high. Fgt aircraft leveled and then started another climb. At this time I demanded and received an off- vector heading to stay out of the fgt aircraft's position.

Title: WDB HAS NMAC WITH FGT IN CLASS A AIRSPACE.
Narrative: WE HAD VISUAL CONTACT WITH AN FGT CLBING BENEATH US. ATC ASSURED US HE WAS LEVEL FL250. WE BEGAN TO GET A TCASII ALERT. TCASII SAID PULL UP. WE PULLED UP. FGT ACFT SHOWED 300-400 FT BENEATH US. AT ONE POINT ZTL ADVISED FGT HE WAS 500 FT HIGH. FGT ACFT LEVELED AND THEN STARTED ANOTHER CLB. AT THIS TIME I DEMANDED AND RECEIVED AN OFF- VECTOR HDG TO STAY OUT OF THE FGT ACFT'S POS.
