Narrative:
Climbing through 4000 ft MSL, accelerating through 210 KIAS, we experienced a loud airframe rumble. We leveled at 5000 ft, slowed the aircraft to 180 KIAS. The noise disappeared slowing through 190 KIAS. We returned to detroit after burning off excess weight. Landing was normal. Post-flight inspection revealed a cracked panel forward of the left acm inlet door.
