Narrative:
Minor damage to an aircraft, after left main gear collapsed upon landing. Gear collapsed due to a 'fork-bolt' breaking, which is attached to an extension/retraction arm. This is a time change item by manufacturer every 2000 hours time in service. This particular bolt had been cracked for some time and had not been replaced in accordance with 2000 hour time change. During further investigation it was found that some service manuals for the aircraft did not have the revision contained in them. Revision was dated 1975. Even the abq FSDO did not have revision. To prevent a further recurrence I would suggest all aircraft owners check their service manual to see if it contains revision.
