Narrative:

On a business trip out of fort wayne, in, to slg on the VOR approach from razorback VOR, the aircraft picked up a trace of ice, but at the lower altitude it turned to a freezing drizzle with no visible additional buildup. On final, I reduced power for a normal landing but when I went to flare for touchdown there was no elevator control. The aircraft touched down hard in T a 3 point attitude without any flare. I apparently let my airspeed get too low to have sufficient elevator control, however no buffeting was felt to indicate a potential stall. The main gear took the brunt of the impact, and the propellers touched the runway. I was able to taxi to parking.
