Narrative:

Approach to ILS runway 28R sfo was hand flown by the captain from the marker to landing. The approach, landing, and taxi-in were normal. No comments were received from the passenger, deadhdg flight attendants or the working cabin crew. The day following this flight, I received a call from the domicile chief pilot informing me that a deadhdg flight attendant was claiming an occupational neck injury which occurred on landing. The approach and landing were normal. I am unable to explain how or if this injury occurred.

Title: DEADHDG CABIN CLAIMS NECK INJURY FROM LNDG.

Narrative: APCH TO ILS RWY 28R SFO WAS HAND FLOWN BY THE CAPT FROM THE MARKER TO LNDG. THE APCH, LNDG, AND TAXI-IN WERE NORMAL. NO COMMENTS WERE RECEIVED FROM THE PAX, DEADHDG FLT ATTENDANTS OR THE WORKING CABIN CREW. THE DAY FOLLOWING THIS FLT, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DOMICILE CHIEF PLT INFORMING ME THAT A DEADHDG FLT ATTENDANT WAS CLAIMING AN OCCUPATIONAL NECK INJURY WHICH OCCURRED ON LNDG. THE APCH AND LNDG WERE NORMAL. I AM UNABLE TO EXPLAIN HOW OR IF THIS INJURY OCCURRED.
