Narrative:
First flight into gunnison, co airport with check airman - landing altitude on controller mis-set at 3600 ft instead of 7673 ft. Landed with differential pressure on aircraft. At gate, aircraft baggage compartment was opened by employee injuring hand and ripping aircraft baggage compartment lining. This is on checklist and definitely should be checked prior to landing.
