Narrative:
At about 1300 ft on departure out of anc we received a TCASII climb alert to climb at 1500 FPM. We maintained takeoff thrust and accomplished the climb at about 1700 ft we received clear of conflict. At 11 DME we started our left turn to 330 degrees as per the SID. It was necessary to level at 2000 ft to regain airspeed lost in the climb. With flaps extended, bank angle was limited to 15 degrees. As we initiated the turn, we received a call from anc departure that they had a low altitude alert and asked us to increase our climb and turn left to 290 degrees. We proceeded without further incident. We never saw the conflicting aircraft.
