Narrative:

Propeller would not come out of feather when brought to minimum position. RPM stopped at 800 RPM. I took clear to maximum and back to minimum. RPM did not change. Shut down right engine and restarted. Normal start, brought engine up to minimum after engine stabilized. Propeller came up to 800 RPM and stopped. We took condition lever up to maximum, no change, and back to minimum with no change. Shut down engine and called maintenance. We started engine with maintenance observing a normal start. After engine stabilized, we took clear up to maximum and back to minimum with no change and then I brought clear up to a point between minimum and maximum and it came out of feather. I asked maintenance if they wanted me to write it up and we decided not to since aircraft had fixed itself. No other problems associated for remainder of engine starts and flts.
