Narrative:
Looked to the final approach leg before pulling onto runway 9 at lot. There were no aircraft to our knowledge and we heard no radio calls. Upon rotation, we saw an aircraft pass low to our right. I believe we cut off the other aircraft on final approach. I think there should be a tower at lot. It's a high density airport. Lots of traffic from the university.
