Narrative:
On takeoff runway 27R at kfll, heading 270 degrees assigned, at approximately 1200 ft MSL in climb, I noticed a light twin off to our left. I began a right turn to get some space between us. I picked up a considerable closure rate and headed for the deck about the same time as the TCASII went off. At approximately 800 to 900 ft MSL the aircraft passed about 300 to 500 ft above us.
