Narrative: ACR X FLT INTRAIL TO CHARLOTTE, NC, AT FL280 WAS DSNDED TO FL270 TO AVOID FASTER TFC BEHIND AND CAME INTO CONFLICT WITH AN ACR Y JET TO ATLANTA AT FL270 WBOUND. AT TIME OF INCIDENT I WAS ENGAGED IN OTHER D-SIDE FUNCTIONS AND COULD NOT ANALYZE CLRNCS BY R-SIDE
