Narrative:
Bird strike at vr, takeoff event continued, no damage noted and flight continued to destination uneventfully. This type of problem, situation not typically covered during initial or recurrent training. Some discussion of above type problem during training would be appropriate. Supplemental information from acn 265829: although no damage was incurred in this instance, training in this area or similar sits could be incorporated. It would greatly enhance the quality of human performance and safety.

Title: BIRD STRIKE AT TKOF.
Narrative: BIRD STRIKE AT VR, TKOF EVENT CONTINUED, NO DAMAGE NOTED AND FLT CONTINUED TO DEST UNEVENTFULLY. THIS TYPE OF PROB, SIT NOT TYPICALLY COVERED DURING INITIAL OR RECURRENT TRAINING. SOME DISCUSSION OF ABOVE TYPE PROB DURING TRAINING WOULD BE APPROPRIATE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FROM ACN 265829: ALTHOUGH NO DAMAGE WAS INCURRED IN THIS INSTANCE, TRAINING IN THIS AREA OR SIMILAR SITS COULD BE INCORPORATED. IT WOULD GREATLY ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF HUMAN PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY.
