Narrative:

While preparing for takeoff, the captain started the takeoff roll. About 1000 ft down the runway, the aircraft veered to the left. We started to abort, however, the aircraft continued to the left. At first we thought the left propeller was on the propeller locks. This was not the case because we had positive torque and rated power. The aircraft rolled off the side of the runway. After securing the aircraft we inspected the aircraft and it was found that the left outboard brake was locked. Nobody was injured. No damage to aircraft.
