Narrative:
This was the third takeoff of the day in this type of aircraft. Previous aircraft was certified and legal for takeoff with flaps in position 1. Aircraft in this instance was not certified to use flap 1 for takeoff, only 5 and 15. Takeoff was planned with flaps 5 but were set at position 1 at time of takeoff. Takeoff warn horn sounded during initial power application, flaps were then extended to position 5 and takeoff roll continued.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG ACR ACFT INADVERTENTLY MADE THE WRONG SETTING FOR TKOF FLAPS RESULTING IN A RESETTING MADE TO SILENCE THE TKOF WARNING SOUND ON THE TKOF ROLL.
Narrative: THIS WAS THE THIRD TKOF OF THE DAY IN THIS TYPE OF ACFT. PREVIOUS ACFT WAS CERTIFIED AND LEGAL FOR TKOF WITH FLAPS IN POS 1. ACFT IN THIS INSTANCE WAS NOT CERTIFIED TO USE FLAP 1 FOR TKOF, ONLY 5 AND 15. TKOF WAS PLANNED WITH FLAPS 5 BUT WERE SET AT POS 1 AT TIME OF TKOF.
