Narrative:
PIC taxied back to hangar with power brake and anti-skid system inoperative. After verifying the power brake accumulator pump was not working the PIC elected to proceed with the trip against the recommendation of the maintenance department.

Title: ACFT EQUIP PROB IGNORED BY PIC OF CORP JET.
Narrative: PIC TAXIED BACK TO HANGAR WITH PWR BRAKE AND ANTI-SKID SYS INOP. AFTER VERIFYING THE PWR BRAKE ACCUMULATOR PUMP WAS NOT WORKING THE PIC ELECTED TO PROCEED WITH THE TRIP AGAINST THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MAINT DEPT.
