Narrative:

After entering the traffic pattern at arlington municipal airport, I was on final approach for landing and an aircraft turned base in front of me. I had made all previous position announcements and I contacted the pilot of the other aircraft and told him that I was on final approach and he replied that he would take corrective action. As he began to maneuver for additional spacing, additional conflict arose with another aircraft that was also in the pattern. I believe that the cause of the conflict was the inability of the other pilot to see an aircraft that was in front of him and below him on final approach as he was on his downwind leg.
