Narrative:
We landed with a tailwind on a wet runway. Touchdown was normal about '2000' down. Went into reverse and began braking. As aircraft decelerated, captain assumed control. As we began our turn off the runway at normal speed, anti-skid began to cycle and aircraft tracked straight ahead refusing to turn. Nosegear and left main gear departed paved surface onto the grass. I feel the following conditions contributed to the incident: wet runway, downhill slope at the end of runway '02L,' tailwind, 270/10, painted surface at turnoff. All of the above combined to make the turnoff area very slippery. In spite of full reverse thrust, we still exited the taxiway. I feel the tailwind was much stronger than reported as we began our turn. There were no injuries to passenger or crew and the aircraft was back in service that day. Supplemental information from acn 267713: if the runway had less paint and better grooves for water to runoff instead of stand would solve this problem.

Title: RWY EXCURSION.
Narrative: WE LANDED WITH A TAILWIND ON A WET RWY. TOUCHDOWN WAS NORMAL ABOUT '2000' DOWN. WENT INTO REVERSE AND BEGAN BRAKING. AS ACFT DECELERATED, CAPT ASSUMED CTL. AS WE BEGAN OUR TURN OFF THE RWY AT NORMAL SPD, ANTI-SKID BEGAN TO CYCLE AND ACFT TRACKED STRAIGHT AHEAD REFUSING TO TURN. NOSEGEAR AND L MAIN GEAR DEPARTED PAVED SURFACE ONTO THE GRASS. I FEEL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CONTRIBUTED TO THE INCIDENT: WET RWY, DOWNHILL SLOPE AT THE END OF RWY '02L,' TAILWIND, 270/10, PAINTED SURFACE AT TURNOFF. ALL OF THE ABOVE COMBINED TO MAKE THE TURNOFF AREA VERY SLIPPERY. IN SPITE OF FULL REVERSE THRUST, WE STILL EXITED THE TXWY. I FEEL THE TAILWIND WAS MUCH STRONGER THAN RPTED AS WE BEGAN OUR TURN. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PAX OR CREW AND THE ACFT WAS BACK IN SVC THAT DAY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 267713: IF THE RWY HAD LESS PAINT AND BETTER GROOVES FOR WATER TO RUNOFF INSTEAD OF STAND WOULD SOLVE THIS PROB.
