Narrative:
I was working the tower local control position, with a combination of high and low performance aircraft in the traffic pattern. I had a single engine cessna (Y) in right traffic for runway 36. Air carrier X was on a 3 mi final for runway 36. The cessna advised me that she had air carrier X in sight and I advised her to follow the traffic for runway 36. X reported receiving a TCASII alert and I advised him of the traffic, that she had him in sight and was following him for runway 36. X advised that he was making a go around. I had numerous other aircraft in the traffic sequence and the unnecessary go around caused a disruption in my plans as well as traffic sequences.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING THE TWR LCL CTL POS, WITH A COMBINATION OF HIGH AND LOW PERFORMANCE ACFT IN THE TFC PATTERN. I HAD A SINGLE ENG CESSNA (Y) IN R TFC FOR RWY 36. ACR X WAS ON A 3 MI FINAL FOR RWY 36. THE CESSNA ADVISED ME THAT SHE HAD ACR X IN SIGHT AND I ADVISED HER TO FOLLOW THE TFC FOR RWY 36. X RPTED RECEIVING A TCASII ALERT AND I ADVISED HIM OF THE TFC, THAT SHE HAD HIM IN SIGHT AND WAS FOLLOWING HIM FOR RWY 36. X ADVISED THAT HE WAS MAKING A GAR. I HAD NUMEROUS OTHER ACFT IN THE TFC SEQUENCE AND THE UNNECESSARY GAR CAUSED A DISRUPTION IN MY PLANS AS WELL AS TFC SEQUENCES.
