Flight from sebring to lake wales, engine lost power, landed on highway 27. No problems traffic was light. (Cause: lost plug wire.) sheriff's department requested if able to depart, please do so. They blocked traffic: on lift off, police car stopped to show me wire, struck light bar removing lens, no damage to plane.
