Narrative:

I was serving as co-pilot (second in command). The captain was at the controls. Upon entering the ramp at H35, the captain observed limited parking area including an open hangar door. He turned 180 degrees, parked in front of the terminal to enplane passenger. An aircraft owner expressed concern about close proximity to his tied down aircraft to the captain who went inside the terminal building. I stayed inside of aircraft. The captain had full appreciation for his concern and used as little power as possible to exit the ramp with an 'south' turn to take advantage of some ramp slope and reduce jet blast exposure as much as possible. The captain looked back from the taxiway and observed no description to parked aircraft or aircraft covers. Suggestion for improvement: have the airport attended with tug service available (presently unattended with no contact). Reduce congestion by removing the 2 tiedown areas immediately adjacent to the terminal. Better definition of the visitor parking area.

Narrative: I WAS SERVING AS CO-PLT (SECOND IN COMMAND). THE CAPT WAS AT THE CTLS. UPON ENTERING THE RAMP AT H35, THE CAPT OBSERVED LIMITED PARKING AREA INCLUDING AN OPEN HANGAR DOOR. HE TURNED 180 DEGS, PARKED IN FRONT OF THE TERMINAL TO ENPLANE PAX. AN ACFT OWNER EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT CLOSE PROX TO HIS TIED DOWN ACFT TO THE CAPT WHO WENT INSIDE THE TERMINAL BUILDING. I STAYED INSIDE OF ACFT. THE CAPT HAD FULL APPRECIATION FOR HIS CONCERN AND USED AS LITTLE PWR AS POSSIBLE TO EXIT THE RAMP WITH AN 'S' TURN TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SOME RAMP SLOPE AND REDUCE JET BLAST EXPOSURE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THE CAPT LOOKED BACK FROM THE TXWY AND OBSERVED NO DESCRIPTION TO PARKED ACFT OR ACFT COVERS. SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT: HAVE THE ARPT ATTENDED WITH TUG SVC AVAILABLE (PRESENTLY UNATTENDED WITH NO CONTACT).
