Narrative:
Air carrier X was en route from csg to bna at 12000 MSL. At XA59 the aircraft was approximately 5 mi south of R2102. R2102 was due to go active up to 14000 ft at YY00Z. X was handed off to the next sector and was switched. We called the next sector and had them turn the aircraft but it was too late. X entered R2102 at YZ01Z for approximately 5 mi. Contributing factors were: IFR workload during a busy departure rush off of atl.
