Narrative:
R2102 was active up to and including 4000 ft. Unknown to controllers at the sector, R2102 went active around XX00 up to and including 8000 ft. Controllers did not learn of this until 2 hours later. Several aircraft transitioned this area during the time. R2102's use includes lighting controled rockets.

Narrative: R2102 WAS ACTIVE UP TO AND INCLUDING 4000 FT. UNKNOWN TO CTLRS AT THE SECTOR, R2102 WENT ACTIVE AROUND XX00 UP TO AND INCLUDING 8000 FT. CTLRS DID NOT LEARN OF THIS UNTIL 2 HRS LATER. SEVERAL ACFT TRANSITIONED THIS AREA DURING THE TIME. R2102'S USE INCLUDES LIGHTING CTLED ROCKETS.
