Narrative:
Received taxi clearance to runway 28. When arrived at runway, was informed that the runway edge light were OTS. Checked airport diagram and runway had runway centerline lighting. Took off approximately 3-4 minutes after official sunset with good visibility and daylight. About 3/4 of runway edge lights were working. Later discovered rcls were also NOTAM OTS. Should have requested another runway for takeoff because of runway edge lights and runway centerline lights NOTAM or advised OTS and passed official sunset. Could have prevented problem by checking for other NOTAMS than the one received to make sure compliance with FARS even though the WX, visibility, and daylight were good.
