Narrative:
Due to alternator failure, was trying to navigation in confined airspace without talking to ATC. Kissed south edge of eppley field class C airspace because of lack of ground reference -- then wandered into edge of offutt AFB class 'C' airspace while trying to locate the south omaha airport. I had flown over the airport and not seen it and did not realize I was in offutt space until I was over the noted antennas. Contributing factors: chart clutter in area and lack of specific references, 'I can do this' attitude, uncertainty about battery status. What I would do differently: communication with ATC and have their permission to operate in their airspace despite using battery power.
