Narrative:

Started to taxi, clearance given to runway 23. After moving a few ft ATC advised to stop taxi and follow a dc-9 to runway 23. Normal taxi procedures used. Upon arrival in sdf we were informed that a cargo. Controller had been displaced, damaged unknown (if any). Need more ramp space to operate in a normal safe manner. Several semi trucks parked very near the aircraft. Left us no choice but to turn to the right to enter the taxiway.

Narrative: STARTED TO TAXI, CLRNC GIVEN TO RWY 23. AFTER MOVING A FEW FT ATC ADVISED TO STOP TAXI AND FOLLOW A DC-9 TO RWY 23. NORMAL TAXI PROCS USED. UPON ARR IN SDF WE WERE INFORMED THAT A CARGO.
