Narrative:
At approximately XX00PM local today, OC3/4 had to be moved to OC9. OC9 had to be moved to OC5. The reason for this was due to pvd outages at OC3/4. It is my understanding that this outage occurred because the OC3/4 pvds were unplugged on the midshift during new carpet installation.

Title: ATC EQUIP PROB RADAR SCOPE OUTAGE CAUSED COMBINED POS OF OP.
Narrative: AT APPROX XX00PM LCL TODAY, OC3/4 HAD TO BE MOVED TO OC9. OC9 HAD TO BE MOVED TO OC5. THE REASON FOR THIS WAS DUE TO PVD OUTAGES AT OC3/4. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS OUTAGE OCCURRED BECAUSE THE OC3/4 PVDS WERE UNPLUGGED ON THE MIDSHIFT DURING NEW CARPET INSTALLATION.
