Narrative:

After liftoff runway 25L lax (800 ft) TCASII sounded just as I was calling for flap, speed, and power changes. TCASII showed amber just ahead of aircraft. I looked up and thought I saw an aircraft at 12 O'clock and high. I stopped climbing and actually descended to 600 ft. My aircraft accelerated to 250 KTS. Possible conflicting traffic disappeared. What I saw might have been a light reflecting in windshield. There might have been an aircraft departing from runway 24 at lax. During my leveloff, descent, GPWS sounded 'don't sink.' aircraft returned to climb mode and normal flight resumed.
