Narrative:
Air carrier X was turned west at FL210 due to a late frequency change by ZID. In an attempt to resequence him, I turned him to a 180 degree heading which turned him towards a descending cmh inbound, air carrier Y. I saw that air carrier Y wasn't descending fast enough, so I issued hard left turns to both aircraft. Separation was lost at 3 mi and '0' ft.
