Narrative:
The captain flew an ILS to runway 22L in IMC with the ceiling about 500 ft. Normal radar altimeter callouts were made. The trip was an all-nighter from sfo to jfk. The captain stated that he was a little tired. The captain seemed to flare the aircraft a little high and upon touchdown the tail skid scraped. The captain stated that his depth perception was off a little probably from being tired. This seemed to contribute to the high flare.
