Narrative:
I departed crest airpark in kent, wa, and proceeded to do a fly-by of troy field in auburn, wa. I realize that this was a totally irresponsible thing to do and that I violated far part 91.119 paragraph 8 in the process. I am a 17 yr old young man who made the biggest mistake of his life on this date. I was not thinking of the consequences at the time and now I realize that this is serious business. I should have thought more about the situation before I took action. I can assure you that from now on I will. I can honestly tell you that I have learned an important and valuable lesson from this and that I will never let anything like this happen again. I also will acknowledge the fact that the FARS were put into effect for a reason and I will never violate them again, either. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he flew low, at 100 ft AGL. Local police contacted him first then the FAA. He was called in for a preliminary interview. FAA is recommending a 90 day suspension of his certificate.
