Narrative:

Air carrier departed IFR, C177 VFR inbound. Air carrier airborne with right turn to 360 degree heading off runway 26. Advised of VFR cessna west of field inbound. C177 initially, by previous controller, was issued left traffic to runway 26. I got another position report and aircraft was setup for right downwind to runway 26. I issued traffic. Aircraft entered close in downwind as air carrier was in right turn VFR aircraft are not looking out for other aircraft. And we need a BRITE. Lns is a busy VFR level ii tower. No BRITE, no FD10.
