Narrative:
I had had to work nearly all night on jun/aa/94 and jun/bb/94, but slept all night jun/cc/ and jun/dd/94, and felt alert and rested. On the morning of jun/ee/94 I went for a 'pleasure' flight in the local area of mgw, morgantown, wv. I decided to make some practice lndgs at connellsville, PA (2g3). I made 1 touch-and-go and a second touch-and-go with a simulated engine failure. On the third approach to landing, I again did a simulated engine failure. I was high and became preoccupied with the engine failure checklist and the maneuvering to make the field, delaying the decision whether or not to land. When I decided I had sufficient runway to land, I was beyond the point when I double-check to confirm landing gear were lowered, and landed with the incorrect belief that I had lowered the gear. The landing was very smooth. Damage occurred to the propeller, and minimal damage (scraping) to the nose gear cover and passenger step. No damage occurred to aircraft structural strength or control surfaces and no injuries occurred.

Title: SMA LANDS GEAR UP.
Narrative: I HAD HAD TO WORK NEARLY ALL NIGHT ON JUN/AA/94 AND JUN/BB/94, BUT SLEPT ALL NIGHT JUN/CC/ AND JUN/DD/94, AND FELT ALERT AND RESTED. I WAS HIGH AND BECAME PREOCCUPIED WITH THE ENG FAILURE CHKLIST AND THE MANEUVERING TO MAKE THE FIELD, DELAYING THE DECISION WHETHER OR NOT TO LAND. WHEN I DECIDED I HAD SUFFICIENT RWY TO LAND, I WAS BEYOND THE POINT WHEN I DOUBLE-CHK TO CONFIRM LNDG GEAR WERE LOWERED, AND LANDED WITH THE INCORRECT BELIEF THAT I HAD LOWERED THE GEAR. THE LNDG WAS VERY SMOOTH. DAMAGE OCCURRED TO THE PROP, AND MINIMAL DAMAGE (SCRAPING) TO THE NOSE GEAR COVER AND PAX STEP. NO DAMAGE OCCURRED TO ACFT STRUCTURAL STRENGTH OR CTL SURFACES AND NO INJURIES OCCURRED.
