Narrative:
TCASII RA: received TCASII alert and observed 747 converging from 10 O'clock position -- heading westerly -- we were heading south on G431 over jesse intersection. TCASII showed aircraft 800 ft below us. TCASII gave RA and TA. We were off altitude for approximately 1 min. TCASII was quite valuable -- for the aircraft appeared quite close and TCASII altitude information helped in our situational awareness. Ny communication radio was the controling facility and they were advised.
