Narrative:
Upon reaching pie and 8 mi on final landing gear was lowered and all indications including (3 green) were present, approach, short final and landing touchdown were normal. After a short after landing roll the right main gear collapsed and the aircraft rolled off the runway 35R onto the grass. There were 'zero' passenger on the flight and damage to the plane was minor. Cause of the gear failure is still undetermined. It is my personal belief that failure of the landing gear actuator could have been the problem, but it's still too early to say. NTSB is looking into the actuator. As far as correcting this problem, I think maybe they can design some type of mirror system for the pilot to visually check all 3 gears prior to touchdown rather than relying entirely on the electrical system, lights, etc.

Title: LNDG GEAR COLLAPSE DURING LNDG ROLL.
Narrative: UPON REACHING PIE AND 8 MI ON FINAL LNDG GEAR WAS LOWERED AND ALL INDICATIONS INCLUDING (3 GREEN) WERE PRESENT, APCH, SHORT FINAL AND LNDG TOUCHDOWN WERE NORMAL. AFTER A SHORT AFTER LNDG ROLL THE R MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE ACFT ROLLED OFF THE RWY 35R ONTO THE GRASS. THERE WERE 'ZERO' PAX ON THE FLT AND DAMAGE TO THE PLANE WAS MINOR. NTSB IS LOOKING INTO THE ACTUATOR. AS FAR AS CORRECTING THIS PROB, I THINK MAYBE THEY CAN DESIGN SOME TYPE OF MIRROR SYS FOR THE PLT TO VISUALLY CHK ALL 3 GEARS PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN RATHER THAN RELYING ENTIRELY ON THE ELECTRICAL SYS, LIGHTS, ETC.
