Narrative:
We were cleared for takeoff from owb. We were later told takeoff clearance was given with a runway heading assignment. We turned right on course instead. We don't remember a runway heading instruction. To prevent this, the pilots at this commuter airline are becoming extremely bored and very lax with our jobs, due to 'outstation domiciling,' ie, flying the same route day after day.

Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF FROM OWB. WE WERE LATER TOLD TKOF CLRNC WAS GIVEN WITH A RWY HDG ASSIGNMENT. WE TURNED R ON COURSE INSTEAD. WE DON'T REMEMBER A RWY HDG INSTRUCTION. TO PREVENT THIS, THE PLTS AT THIS COMMUTER AIRLINE ARE BECOMING EXTREMELY BORED AND VERY LAX WITH OUR JOBS, DUE TO 'OUTSTATION DOMICILING,' IE, FLYING THE SAME RTE DAY AFTER DAY.
