Narrative:

We landed 18R and were given taxi instructions of cross runway 18L taxi south inner-32 bridge - 121.65 top 32. On top the 32 bridge, ground control was constant talk of instructions with very few aircraft given the chance to respond, let alone for us nor the 2 aircraft ahead to call our position. On the east side, aircraft were waiting to cross runway 17R waiting for gates south of 32 and waiting to exit the ramp to join 1 of 2 lines of traffic proceeding north. Taxiway construction added to the mess. With the frequency clobbered (121.65) we should have been on 134.05 (the still unpublished and so-called temporary frequency). I decided to turn north on the inner and flow with the moving traffic rather than cause further backups on the bridge. I then realized we were given the wrong frequency and immediately contacted 134.05. Ground control did not seem overly concerned, but did mention that needed taxi clearance before proceeding at which time he gave it to us. Next time I'll wait on the downside of the bridge for taxi instructions. Its extremely frustrating to land early but block in late. Recommendations: 1) standard arrival taxi rtes - similar to standard departure rtes. 2) no call areas/call only areas, much like our ramps. 3) 134.05 and 134.9 (tower 13R) are not temporary and need to be published.

Title: AN ACR MLG TAXIED WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: WE LANDED 18R AND WERE GIVEN TAXI INSTRUCTIONS OF CROSS RWY 18L TAXI S INNER-32 BRIDGE - 121.65 TOP 32. ON TOP THE 32 BRIDGE, GND CTL WAS CONSTANT TALK OF INSTRUCTIONS WITH VERY FEW ACFT GIVEN THE CHANCE TO RESPOND, LET ALONE FOR US NOR THE 2 ACFT AHEAD TO CALL OUR POS. ON THE E SIDE, ACFT WERE WAITING TO CROSS RWY 17R WAITING FOR GATES S OF 32 AND WAITING TO EXIT THE RAMP TO JOIN 1 OF 2 LINES OF TFC PROCEEDING N. TXWY CONSTRUCTION ADDED TO THE MESS. WITH THE FREQ CLOBBERED (121.65) WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON 134.05 (THE STILL UNPUBLISHED AND SO-CALLED TEMPORARY FREQ). I DECIDED TO TURN N ON THE INNER AND FLOW WITH THE MOVING TFC RATHER THAN CAUSE FURTHER BACKUPS ON THE BRIDGE. I THEN REALIZED WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG FREQ AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED 134.05. GND CTL DID NOT SEEM OVERLY CONCERNED, BUT DID MENTION THAT NEEDED TAXI CLRNC BEFORE PROCEEDING AT WHICH TIME HE GAVE IT TO US. NEXT TIME I'LL WAIT ON THE DOWNSIDE OF THE BRIDGE FOR TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. ITS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO LAND EARLY BUT BLOCK IN LATE. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) STANDARD ARR TAXI RTES - SIMILAR TO STANDARD DEP RTES. 2) NO CALL AREAS/CALL ONLY AREAS, MUCH LIKE OUR RAMPS. 3) 134.05 AND 134.9 (TWR 13R) ARE NOT TEMPORARY AND NEED TO BE PUBLISHED.
