Narrative:

2 B767's 7 mi in trail at FL350. Lead aircraft air carrier B at mach .83 (not assigned) and trailing air carrier a at mach .80 (not assigned). Trailing aircraft reported wake turbulence 'bad enough to put us in a 30 degree bank,' and 'it's pretty bad, we need different altitude or vector north or south.' controller with 25 yrs experience, first report ever received of wake turbulence, and certainly not expected from aircraft 7 in trail at altitude. Incident occurred in ZJX brewton sector at XX20Z, no other aircraft near enough to be responsible for turbulence.
