Narrative:

At end of landing rollout just prior to taxiing, aircraft struck a ridge on the grass runway and nosed over striking propeller and damaging cowl and part of the rudder post. Problem caused by bump on the runway and insufficient airflow over the elevator to keep the tailwheel down. Better preflight knowledge of runway condition may have prevented the occurrence.
