Narrative:
While attempting to land in a field, we were caught in a wind shear and were unable to arrest the descent prior to balloon basket coming against a telephone line. We added heat and ascended with no damage to property or injuries to those onboard or on the ground. Care should be taken when descending until wind shear conditions are evaluated.
