Narrative:

On A-94 I had preflted and preplanned a flight to spring brook marina in the afternoon of A-94. I had a lady friend with me as a passenger. After takeoff, I climbed to approximately 2000 ft and turned to a 265 degree heading with no intention to divert otherwise. At approximately XX30 in the afternoon and 18 mins into the flight my passenger complained that she was sick and needed to go to the bathroom. I asked her if she could wait approximately 15 mins until we reached the marina. She said no. I asked her a second time and she said no. I immediately knew I had to land the airplane because she was sick. The nearest location I thought of was morris approximately 15-20 mi northwest of where I was. I diverted to morris and saw a couple of airplanes flying southwest of runway 18. I was worried for my passenger and announced landing intentions on morris unicom. At the same time while entering downwind I did not see an crossed runway and landed. After I landed, I was followed by a driver down runway 18. He had told me the FAA might want to talk to me. I explained the situation to him and he told me to wait a few mins until he radioed back and then I could just go because she is not allowed to use the facility even though she is sick. I waited approximately 5 mins and the airshow seemed to be over and I took off short field on runway 18 and left the pattern for springbrook.

Title: ACFT LANDS ON CLOSED RWY.

Narrative: ON A-94 I HAD PREFLTED AND PREPLANNED A FLT TO SPRING BROOK MARINA IN THE AFTERNOON OF A-94. I HAD A LADY FRIEND WITH ME AS A PAX. AFTER TKOF, I CLBED TO APPROX 2000 FT AND TURNED TO A 265 DEG HDG WITH NO INTENTION TO DIVERT OTHERWISE. AT APPROX XX30 IN THE AFTERNOON AND 18 MINS INTO THE FLT MY PAX COMPLAINED THAT SHE WAS SICK AND NEEDED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. I ASKED HER IF SHE COULD WAIT APPROX 15 MINS UNTIL WE REACHED THE MARINA. SHE SAID NO. I ASKED HER A SECOND TIME AND SHE SAID NO. I IMMEDIATELY KNEW I HAD TO LAND THE AIRPLANE BECAUSE SHE WAS SICK. THE NEAREST LOCATION I THOUGHT OF WAS MORRIS APPROX 15-20 MI NW OF WHERE I WAS. I DIVERTED TO MORRIS AND SAW A COUPLE OF AIRPLANES FLYING SW OF RWY 18. I WAS WORRIED FOR MY PAX AND ANNOUNCED LNDG INTENTIONS ON MORRIS UNICOM. AT THE SAME TIME WHILE ENTERING DOWNWIND I DID NOT SEE AN CROSSED RWY AND LANDED. AFTER I LANDED, I WAS FOLLOWED BY A DRIVER DOWN RWY 18. HE HAD TOLD ME THE FAA MIGHT WANT TO TALK TO ME. I EXPLAINED THE SIT TO HIM AND HE TOLD ME TO WAIT A FEW MINS UNTIL HE RADIOED BACK AND THEN I COULD JUST GO BECAUSE SHE IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE FACILITY EVEN THOUGH SHE IS SICK. I WAITED APPROX 5 MINS AND THE AIRSHOW SEEMED TO BE OVER AND I TOOK OFF SHORT FIELD ON RWY 18 AND LEFT THE PATTERN FOR SPRINGBROOK.
