Narrative:
The change to the MEL which authority/authorized thrust reverser inoperative operations into and out of sna should be looked at real close. I feel with the runway as short as it is reversers give us a lot more safety margin. Wet runway -- I don't want to think about it. Maybe a day to call in sick. I feel thrust reversers should be a company requirement on any short runway.

Narrative: THE CHANGE TO THE MEL WHICH AUTH THRUST REVERSER INOP OPS INTO AND OUT OF SNA SHOULD BE LOOKED AT REAL CLOSE. I FEEL WITH THE RWY AS SHORT AS IT IS REVERSERS GIVE US A LOT MORE SAFETY MARGIN. WET RWY -- I DON'T WANT TO THINK ABOUT IT. MAYBE A DAY TO CALL IN SICK. I FEEL THRUST REVERSERS SHOULD BE A COMPANY REQUIREMENT ON ANY SHORT RWY.
