Narrative:

Departed runway 36R, gear handle up, nose gear up, main gear red lights and right gear green B light, recycled gear with same indications, gear down, 6 green (normal), landed runway 36R, normal landing, no problems, no equipment or emergency requested or required, off loaded passenger at terminal. Taxied aircraft to maintenance hangar. Maintenance personnel discovered main gear pins installed. Pins were overlooked on crew preflight due to pin flags not hanging. Flags were wrapped around gear mechanic rods. Supplemental information from acn 284683: aircraft was at the gate when we arrived and were directed to take the aircraft to the hangar. We learned this was a repeat problem for that day. The main gear pins found to be in place. This appears to be a recurrent problem within this company.
