Narrative:
Flew within 500-800 ft AGL to photograph a dwelling over an unpopulated area (vastly unpopulated area). I did not realize that duck season was in progress (hunters). Most likely upset hunters stalking ducks. Best not to assume unpopulated areas are always absent of people although no violation was intended. Violation of FARS are a possibility when one does not use the same discipline exercised in populated areas of the world.
