Narrative:
After 4 hours and 30 mins of flight, flight attendant a bumped her head in the first class galley. She developed a large bump, was nauseous, and had trouble with her vision. Suspected possible concussion. Contacted dispatch via ACARS asking for medical personnel to meet us upon arrival. Followed up the call to lhr operations on changeover. Flight attendant B accompanied flight attendant a to hospital for treatment.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT INJURY DURING NORMAL HIGH ALT CRUISE.
Narrative: AFTER 4 HRS AND 30 MINS OF FLT, FLT ATTENDANT A BUMPED HER HEAD IN THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY. SHE DEVELOPED A LARGE BUMP, WAS NAUSEOUS, AND HAD TROUBLE WITH HER VISION.
